NEWSLETTER
We give the glory and praises to the Almighty God for bringing us to the end of session. We also sincerely thank you (our wonderful parents/ guardians) for your support, continuous patronage and payment of your children’s /wards’ school fees.
Kindly note the following important information.
0.1 Office Hours: The office will be opened during the long vacation between 8:00am and 2:00pm to attend to parents/guardians.
0.2 Lagos State CAS/First School Leaving Certificate Exam: This is to remind you that the exam will take place on Saturday, 28th July, 2018. All registered pupils are expected to be in school on or before 7:00am.
0.3 2018 Summer School: Parents/ Guardians are encouraged to bring their children/wards in for summer coaching from Monday, 23rd July to 23rd August, 2018 as summer coaching will be on between 9:00am and 1:00pm in preparation for the next session. Flyers have been provided in our pupils’ report card packs. Kindly invite your friends and neighbours.
0.4 School Fee Payment: Parents/Guardians should endeavour to pay complete school fees on or before resumption (Monday, 10th September, 2018). Evidence of transfer/Bank teller must be brought to the school accounts office for our official receipt.
Please, refer to the school bill.
0.5 Discount: The Large Family Discount is only for parents with more than 2 pupils in the school. To enjoy this, payment must be made on or before the resumption date (10th September, 2018).
0.6 2018 Prize Giving Day:The activities at the recently held Prize Giving/Graduation Day programme will be on air on Lagos Television as well as the following Cable TV. Channels:

0.7 Textbooks/Supplementary Books: Purchase of all the books on the list of books is very important for class activities and assignments. The recommended textbooks MAY be purchased at our bookshop.
0.8 Milk Break/Refreshment &Mid Day Meal: Please, note that payment for lunch, milk break and refreshment MUST be made in full at the beginning of the term before they can be served.
0.9 Pupils’ Welfare: Parents/ Guardians should endeavour to prepare the pupils adequately before resumption. They are expected to come to school dressed in neat uniforms, white socks and black shoes. On sport days, they should come in their sport wears, white socks and canvas/sport shoes. Pupils are also expected to put on their school cardigans on cold/wet days.
1.0 Electives: Parents/ Guardians can ONLY expose their children/wards to a maximum of two of the electives in a term. Kindly make use of the time table to guide you in the payment for electives.

1.1 Birthday Celebration: Pupils are not allowed to eat any item from their birthday packs. Gift items/Party packs MUST be taken home for Parents/ Guardians to decide on what they want their children/wards to eat.
Note: NO COOKED FOODS AND ICE CREAM PLEASE.
1.2 Withdrawal: Parents withdrawing their children from the school
MUST give one term’s notice or pay a term’s fee in lieu of notice.
(Refer to the school’s prospectus for more information).

Resumption: The School will resume on the 10th of September, 2018. Please ensure pupils are adequately prepared for the new session.
Note: Boarders will resume on Sunday 9th of September, 2018 between 2:00pm and 6:00pm.
