Kindly note the following important information.
0.1 Office Hours: The office will be opened during the long vacation from 8:00am-2:00pm to attend to parents/guardians.
0.2 2016 Summer School: Parents/ Guardians are encouraged to bring their children/wards in for summer coaching from Monday, 25th July to Wednesday, 24th August, 2016 as summer coaching will be on between 9:00am and 1:00pm in preparation for the next session. Flyers have been provided in our pupils’ report card packs. Kindly invite your friends and neighbours.
0.3 School Fee Payment: Parents/Guardians should endeavour to pay complete school fees on or before resumption (Monday, 12th September, 2016). In compliance with the cashless policy directives from the CBN, we hereby solicit that payments should be made through any of these channels:

0.4 Discount: The Large Family Discount is only for parents with more than 2 pupils in the school. To enjoy this, payment must be made on or before the resumption date (12th September, 2016).
0.5 National Common Entrance Final Interview Test Result: The result for the 2016 NCEE Interview Test into Federal Colleges and Unity Schools is out. Kindly visit your child’s first school of choice to check his/her admission status.
0.6 Textbooks/Supplementary Books: Purchase of all the books on the list of books is very important for class activities and assignments. The recommended textbooks MAY be purchased at our bookshop.
0.7 Milk Break/Refreshment & Mid Day Meal: Parents should ensure they pack adequate meals /snacks for their children or pay for school meals.
0.8 Pupils’ Welfare: Parents/ Guardians should endeavour to prepare the pupils adequately before resumption. They are expected to come to school dressed in neat uniforms, white socks and black shoes. On sport days, they should come with their sport wears, white socks and canvas/sport shoes.
0.9 Electives: Parents/ Guardians are expected to expose their children/wards to one elective and a maximum of two electives in a term. Kindly make use of the time table to guide you in the payment for electives.

1.1 Birthday Celebration: Pupils are not allowed to eat any item from their birthday packs. Gift items/Party packs MUST be taken home for Parents/ Guardians to decide on what they want their children/wards to eat.
Note: NO COOKED FOODS AND ICE CREAM PLEASE.
1.2 Creche/Daycare Centre: Our Creche/ Daycare centre has been renovated recently and well equipped with more audio-visual materials, modern toys and equipment. Parents/Guardians are implored to bring their children to the center at an affordable fee. Parents with other children in the school will be given 10% discount.

1.3 Security: The security of the children cannot be taken with levity. Parents should ensure that anyone sent to pick their children comes with the pupil’s identity card. Please contact the office for more information. Parents are expected to inform the school in writing, if their children are to come home by themselves. Visitors’ /Parents’ identity cards have been provided, visitors/parents should collect these at the gate and sign before and after their visits.
1.4 Withdrawal: Parents withdrawing their children from the school
MUST give one term’s notice or pay a term’s fee in lieu of notice.
